• Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must notify AITM in writing, through email.
• Regardless of the program and the monthly payment plan chosen by the student, No refund will be made upon student cancellation.
• Upon Cancellation Notice received, No further payment will be required.

• If a student falls behind on their monthly payment plan, the student portal system will be temporarily disabled after 30 days overdue.
• The student portal system will be reactivated upon payment received and processed by AITM.
